How can I place an order?
Send us a short brief through WhatsApp or the website form. Include the type of production, preferred date, location, required deliverables and any useful references. We’ll review the details during a free consultation and prepare a proposal based on the agreed scope.
What are the project completion times, including editing?
Timing depends on the project scope, preparation requirements, production schedule and level of editing. We confirm the expected production and delivery timeline after reviewing your brief.
What are the payment terms and booking steps?
To confirm the booking of our services, we ask for a 50% prepayment of the total project cost. The remaining 50% is paid by the client on the day of the shoot.
If the shoot is canceled less than 48 hours before the scheduled date, the prepayment is non-refundable. This is because, by that time, our team has already reserved time and resources for your project, and last-minute cancellations lead to losses that we cannot compensate for.
After receiving the prepayment, we confirm the booking and begin preparing for the shoot. We strive to make the payment and booking process as convenient as possible for you and are ready to discuss any additional questions.
How is the cost of services calculated?
Pricing is prepared individually and depends on the production format, scope of deliverables, crew, equipment, location, duration, post-production and any additional specialists or permits required. After the consultation, we provide a proposal with the agreed scope and cost.
Can you provide props, stylists, makeup artists, and models?
Yes, we can fully support your project with all the necessary specialists and resources. Our team collaborates with professional stylists, makeup artists, and models of various types and styles, allowing us to select the perfect participants to bring your concept to life.

Is it possible to shoot outside of Dubai?
Yes. GSP Media is based in Dubai and works across all Emirates. Location logistics and any required filming permissions are reviewed during pre-production and included in the proposed scope.
