Privacy notice

This notice explains how information is used on gspmedia.ae, the website of GSP Media, based in Dubai and serving clients across the UAE. For privacy questions or requests, email info@gspmedia.ae.

Enquiries

Our contact forms collect the name, contact details and message you provide. We use these details to respond to your enquiry and discuss your project. Please avoid sending sensitive information that is unnecessary for your request.

Wfolio provides our website and form processing. Our enquiry notifications are configured for email and Telegram. If you choose WhatsApp to contact us, that service also handles the information you send. You may use email instead.

Website operation and privacy choices

Wfolio and its infrastructure deliver the website and media and process form requests. They receive technical information associated with those requests. The website also sends activity requests to Wfolio’s measurement service; these are separate from the Google and Meta settings below.

The privacy banner lets you accept or reject Analytics and Advertising separately. A preference cookie, gsp_privacy_v2, remembers your selection for up to 180 days, unless you clear it or save a new selection. Security-related cookies may also be used.

Analytics: we use Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager to understand visits, page views and interactions such as contact-button clicks. When Analytics is accepted, Google may use identifiers and cookies including _ga and _ga_Q68PPYXW62. Our Google tags use Consent Mode. When analytics storage is denied, limited consent and measurement signals may still be sent without analytics cookies. Rejecting Analytics does not block every technical request to Google.

Advertising: accepting Advertising enables Meta Pixel, which sends page-view information to Meta for advertising measurement. Meta may associate information received through its business tools with other information it holds.

Use the Privacy choices button to reopen your preferences and change your selection. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser. Changing your selection does not automatically delete information already received by us or another provider.

Retention and requests

Our GA4 user-level and event-level retention settings are 14 months. The user-identifier retention period resets with new activity. This setting does not set an expiry for Google’s standard aggregated reports or for enquiry correspondence.

For information about records relating to your enquiry and their retention, or a request for access, correction or deletion, contact info@gspmedia.ae. Provide enough information to identify your enquiry, but do not send identity documents unless a specific verification step is agreed.

External services

External services have their own data-handling practices and may process information outside the UAE. More information is available in the notices of Wfolio, Google, Meta and WhatsApp.
